http://freenom.com ..den u set ur name servers to ns1.xtgem.com and ns2.xtgem.com or u can use forwarding option to push a domain to open ur site wen visited ..free TLDs domains like .ml .ga .cf .tk .cc .co.cc and others are not supported by xtgem xcept u use forwarded option ..for css, like lordeagle said its used for styling and designing.. U cn start by choosing a css of ur choice @
