first you must park a domain to your wapka site

Then, Go to
https://www.cloudflare.com/a/sign-up to create an account at CloudFlare
.
Then, You can see
Scan DNS Records and enter your domain name here then click
Scan 
.
when it finish scanning, click
continue

Then, you need create two Records is
A and
CNAME like this picture:
Record
A - Value:
@ - IP:
70.39.184.113
Record
CNAME - Value:
www - IP:

Finish of step create two Records, click Continue

Then, Select
Free Website plan and Continue
.
Then, you can see CloudFlare need you to change DNS of your domain. You must login to your domain manager website where you control your domain and change DNS as CloudFlare has provided.
Finally, Check your domain name working or not
