I can't tell the reasons why it was blocked but i guess he must have been reported by other webmasters. Though the guy is stingi and not gud in helping others, i guess that must be the no.1 reason why he was reported. Can you imagine that that guy blocked me from facebook for asking him question, i really felt bad buh i don't think he deserve this kind of punishment.
I pray wapka will unblock his site though.
