Emir-says Know the Css Div Class Name And Then Goto Your Wapka site>EDIT SITE>GLOBAL SETTINGS>HEAD Tags(meta, style), click it and put ur css link in d box and click Set.
Then goto ur homepage And Start Any heading/topic with
note:menu can be changed to d css div class name, it wil show its property/colour only if its available
