Weezy please how can i protect a page with password,so that user wil enter password before they can see the page

http://xtgem.com/filebrowser ..click on the + sign beside the file den scroll down to 'password' ..enter the password, enter the notification message and enter the error message den save ..to remove the password ..follow the same procedure then clear the boxes and save!
