Emir-says the problem is from wapka servers ..users have been complaining about it but u can change the file url from something like
http://f23.wapka-files.com to
http://f23.wapkafiles.com ..just remove the hyphen and the file might download!

chizzy4real Its simple ..just add the %title% tag to the variable in the filelist ..or paste your filelist here let me add it for u!
