Weezy I just checked your blog, it takes too much time before it loads, to much content on the homepage..
Just get another customized template that has The Jumpstart function enabled.

Weezy I just change the template sir.... And again if i want to remove some of my blog layout gadgets it nomaly shows me javascript:Void(0) in the pop out window. so confuse

MhiztaSofzy About your gadget page showing a pop up with javascript:Void(0) . It is normal, just wait until the pop up page finish loadind the you can edit or remove..
About your Template
There are Some Templates that doesn't support the Jump Start feature i.e Read More Just get new template.
