REQUIRED INGREDIENTS
Flour, Margarine, 1 egg, Yeast, pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon castle sugar, oil for deep frying.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Sieve flour into a bowl and add sugar.
Cream yeast with little sugar mixed with milk and beaten egg.
Make a hole in the centre of flour in the bowl and pour in the liquid.
Mix together and beat until smooth.
Cover and put in a warm place to rinse for 2 hours.
Heat the oil and fry mixture in spoonful until it turns golden brown. YOUR DOUGHNUT IS READY!!
