weezzyyoung U have 4 ways to recover it though ur exact problem is not clear to me -
1. U can go to ur device-brand's service centre.
2. If ur model is nokia, u can unlock ur phone by providing IMEI number here

3. I dont exact know what problem u r facing, u can dial 112 or 911, when the call will be ended press left menu key and go to setting to turn off Automatic Lock.
4. Many times sim cards become PIN locked.
So, u can change ur sim.
And call that sim provider to know the default PIN.
